FAQs

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. Our Office is usually open from 8:00 am until 9:00pm
During this period of restricted travel, we are open from 9:00 am to 7:00pm

Q. When is check in and check out?

A. Check in is from 12:00 noon, checkout is 10:00 am.

Q. Can we check in after the Office is closed?

A. We can arrange for you to have access to your room after hours.
We will put fresh milk in your fridge and will turn on lights and the cooling/heating to ensure that your room is comfortable for your arrival.
We ask that you prepay for your room and will place a tax invoice in your room.
Please ring us during Office hours on the day of travel to confirm your room number.

Q. Can we have a late checkout?

A. In most circumstances, the answer is yes, and we provide this at no charge.
Please let us know as far as possible in advance so that we can meet your request.

Q. Do you have a wheelchair friendly room?

A. Yes, but you will need to book directly with us so that we can be sure that the room will meet your needs.

Q. Can we cook in our room?

A. All rooms have a microwave oven, toaster and kettle. No other cooking is permitted in the rooms.
     Guests are welcome to use our Weber Family Q barbecue.

Q. Do you have family rooms?

A. We have rooms that sleep 4 people and another that will sleep 6/7.
Again, we ask that you book directly with us to ensure that the room will suit your needs.

Q. Do you have a guest laundry?

A. Yes. The washing machine and dryer cost $2 each. Washing powder is available from the Office for $1.
The use of the laundry is complementary for guests staying multiple nights

Q. Are we pet friendly?

A. Unfortunately, no.

Q. Can we leave our pet in the car?

A. Again, the answer is no.

Q. Are support animals welcome?

A. They certainly are. Please bring your supporting documents with you.
We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if it is required.

Q. Do you have a swimming pool?

A. Yes. Pool towels are available from the Guest Laundry.
Children under 12 years of age must always be supervised by an adult.
Please for not take glass bottles or containers into the pool area.

Q. If I am staying for multiple nights, do you do daily room makeups?

A. We do this at no extra cost. We also have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door if that is your wish.

Q. Can we park outside of our rooms?

A. All ground floor rooms have parking spaces in front of them.

Q. Do you have parking available for trailers and trucks?

A. Yes, both on-site and on the service road facing the Boulevard Rooms
